We are looking for a motivated self-starter who can help assist our client services team. The role is suitable for recent graduates and account assistants looking to get into the advertising and marketing industry.
The role at tmwi will require an ability to work across multiple channel disciplines, while tapping into specialist teams when needed. We are a client facing team, so developing and demonstrating strong client servicing skills is key.
Candidates must have a strong team ethos and an ability to work across teams, suppliers, and clients. You will be a pivotal member in supporting the team to deliver reports, insight documents and developing planning and wider client business understanding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively managing your to do list and raising workload pressure points
- Ensure all work is completed for deadlines and where necessary earlier to cross check with team members
- Develop an understanding of the different media channels
- A clear understanding of all suppliers on your client plans, through attendance of media owner meetings, proactively building your understanding by asking questions and requesting training/meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Check your work for any potential errors or mistakes
- Understand how our business makes money and how your role & input impacts upon this
- Developing an understanding and overview of the tmwi planning process
- Attend media owner meeting and be comfortable in speaking to media owners & asking questions
