We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to run the day-to-day management of our paid social team across our client portfolio. You will be responsible for developing integrated social strategies, building campaigns, and optimisation to ensure we exceed client KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop & implement paid social strategies, aligned with wider integrated campaigns to meet our client objectives.
- Monitor and report on paid social media performance using in platform analytics and Google Analytics.
- Update weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as part of the integrated channel reporting.
- Manage budget allocation and daily campaign optimisation in line with agreed client KPIs.
- Align all content and copy across social channels to ensure a consistent message across the entire customer journey (search, display, social, ATL).
- Regular competitor analysis across clients in order to positively challenge and refine the strategy.
- Support new business opportunities and pitches, providing paid social media strategy and insight.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry advancements to ensure tmwi is always ahead of the market trends.
Behaviour & Skills
- Ideally 3-4 years running paid social campaigns within an agency environment.
- Proven experience in growing paid social campaigns for brands across a range of categories.
- Proactive, collaborative and process-driven with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Expert knowledge in running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Exceptional knowledge running full funnel campaigns against all objectives – awareness, consideration and purchase.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Developing a solid relationship with our clients through regular communication, supported by client services team.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Google Analytics.
- Passionate about the digital industry, especially social
